The theme of this event was Freakshow. It incorporated 7 spaces throughout the campus. Through out the process I was responsible for working with CalArts facilities and production management to ensure a safe and effective flow of the attendees and ensure all codes were met.
CalArts Halloween 2015
There were 7 themed spaces including the walking entrance that was the front facade of a train.
The Main stage was the main event of the freak show where we had DJ's and CalArts bands perform. There were 2 video walls and 2 4' clown heads along with a light up marquee.
The alcohol distribution room was themed to be part of a carnival each booth was functional for the bartenders to serve beer and wine to the attendees.
